Haruhi breaking-and-entering
East Junior High (東, Higashi, is Japanese for east), based on the real-life Hyogo-ken Nishinomiya-shi Kanbara, is the middle school that Haruhi Suzumiya attended before she went to North High. It is this school where Haruhi made Kyon draw a message in the quad area.
The artwork is based on the real-life Uegahara Minami Primary School, except the front entrance.
